The peace lily is a very popular houseplant. It may be called the closet plant because it needs little light, and in fact does best in low light areas of your home. The peace lily blooms every couple of months when it is healthy, producing white flowers.  A peace lily is a common gift to … Continue reading

With my wedding coming up in September I really needed to get the Save the Dates out, and I have been procrastinating for months… Did you know that March is the national month of procrastination?  Finally (after March), I buckeled down and got them done, but really I should have just ordered magnets.  Sureeee, everyone … Continue reading

The bunny has arrived!  Easter has turned into a 2 day event!  Last night we went to my Dad’s for a delicious dinner, good champagne and Easter EGG Painting (in that order)!  My niece had a mini Easter Egg hunt in the living room.  I think Hunter, my Dad’s dog, may have also found some … Continue reading

Savor the Moments

There’s nothing like a great find at the craft store!  I found these metal quotes at the craft store and couldn’t wait to use them.  I originally created these cards for a wedding, but now as I look back at them, they could be used for more… a multi-use card wohahahaha (evil laugh)…Perfect!

My friend’s boyfriend’s parents took them to Disney World (are you following?) for 5 days.  Nothing screams “turning into a serious relationship” like your significant other’s parents taking you on vacation.  Of course you are excited, but you are also thinking Holy Crap I am going to be spending morning noon and night with these people, … Continue reading

I had some errands to run, and I didn’t think anything of it when … Continue reading

Blooming Thanks

After what seems to be a never ending Winter this year, I saw a tree in bloom for the first time yesterday on the way home from work.  Wasn’t the other day dull, dismal and cold?  Where did these pink flowering trees and bright yellow bushes peek out from in one day? It seems like the Winter is … Continue reading

Know someone who has a birthday coming up and tends to fall on the Diva side?  This next card is flashy, fun and perfect for any age!  Unfortunately the pictures don’t do it justice!  If I still had this card, I would have taken a video of it.  That way you could see how it … Continue reading
