What to do to get those calorie pinchers eating sweets? Just add fruit. There is something about fruit on top of a cake or ice cream that just makes it seem that much healthier. I made chocolate cupcakes with vanilla cream icing for my friend Shanna’s birthday a few weekends ago and decided to top them with strawberries and black raspberries. They were picked up so fast like someone finding money on the ground! Delicious!
